Dear Friends of Show Mercy,

It’s Wednesday evening and Lori and I are preparing for an early departure tomorrow to Uganda. We will be there for the entire month of June, returning on July 2nd. As we did last year, we will be keeping you informed with regular updates from the field via our blog that will include videos and ,we are sure, some incredible stories and testimonies. Please keep our family and team in prayer during this time. Sarah and Katelin are hanging out with grandparents in Texas and Mississippi and will probably be missing us a bit for the next month. We also have two teams that will be joining us in Uganda beginning in early June. The first team of 25 from Santiam Christian High school in Corvallis, Oregon will be with us for a couple of weeks and then on June 18th, another team of 29 from around the United States will arrive. We know that this will be a life changing trip for everyone involved. Spread the word to your friends and family that might be interested in knowing more about Show Mercy International. This will be a great time to really see what we are about as we respond to the cry of injustice in Africa while reaching out in love, one child at a time!
