Celebrate Success- Injustice is Being Removed

Grandma Has a CareGiver

We wanted you to join with us in the celebration of giving hope and assistance to a few of those who have been experiencing injustice in their lives. Because you have responded to that cry of injustice, Grandma and little Prossy now have a chance for a better life.

First of all, together, we were able to provide a local caregiver for Grandma who will come in daily and help her with cooking, cleaning and general support and encouragement. This not only provided help for Grandma, but also provided an opportunity for another local Ugandan to express love and compassion to their fellow Ugandans. Grandma is very appreciative of the help that has been given her.  Injustice is being removed!

Prossy is now Safe and Loved

Secondly, we recently posted a message about Prossy, an 11 year old girl, whose mother had just passed away from AIDS. Because of your response, Prossy is now living at Hope Children’s Home where she is being cared for and loved by our local staff.  She will also have the opportunity to receive an education at our primary school because of your response.  Prossy’s life is now headed in the right direction. We look forward to seeing the change in her life when we visit in January.

Injustice is Being Removed

The bottom line is that through your partnership with Show Mercy, together, we are seeing injustice removed from the lives of many people, one life at a time. There are still many children in situations like Prossy was that need our help.  We encourage you to read the information about these children and consider being one who can join with us to fight injustice and remove oppression from a child’s life.
