Uganda Has Talent- Former Orphan Demonstrates Her Skills

Lynette is a young girl who was dropped off by a local motorcycle taxi and abandoned on our door steps in Uganda along with her sister Maxie in September of 2007. They were both terrified. We never did find out who their parents or guardians were. We took them in and began the process of loving them back to life.

Over the past couple of years we have seen a dramatic change in their lives. Lynette has gone from all frowns to all smiles. She is truly a “ham!” In this video, she is showing off her abilities to Hula Hoop with an old tire. She was the best doing it of all the kids at our children’s home. This is just one fun example of how tears can be turned to joy through the power of love. You can make a difference in a kid like Lynette through a child sponsorship.
