We are building a long term team for our projects in Uganda. We are currently constructing a base on the Field of Dreams (25 acres) that will accommodate many short and long term missionaries as well as many orphaned children.
If you are interested in volunteering on a long term basis (currently longer than a month), please contact Mike or Lori Salley by email or calling 541-791-3566. They will be happy to discuss the direction and values of Show Mercy International as well as how you might be able to partner with us on a long term basis.

Randy and Alisa have traveled with Show Mercy on several short-term trips to see first hand the need that exists in Uganda. They have been working together with other Show Mercy staff members on the design and development of the “Field of Dreams” mission base and orphan compound. Hearing the call in their hearts to step out and serve with Show Mercy as full time missionaries, the Varga family is now in Uganda to answer that call. Armed with the experience of raising eight children and running a construction business for twenty-five years, they are setting out to help answer the cry of injustice in many ways. Randy and Alisa will represent Show Mercy in Uganda by putting their parenting skills to good use with the family of children living at Hope Children’s Home. Their business and building experience will aid them in interfacing with building contractors, government and village officials in connection with the “Field of Dreams” construction project, and helping to facilitate short and long term mission teams as well as other specific tasks they are asked to do on behalf of Show Mercy.
