Imagine the difficulty of a life absent of clean or running water. Unfortunately, for most in Uganda, they are forced to use dirty and contaminated water for cooking, cleaning, bathing as well as for drinking. Because of your partnership, fresh water will now be available for the children and teams living on the Field of Dreams property as well as for the many in the local village. We are confident that many of the illnesses and deaths (mostly in children) due to unsafe water will be dramatically reduced by your investment in such a simple but powerful resource.
We have successfully drilled a deep water well on the Field of Dreams property and it has been tested and confirmed to produce an incredible 10,000 liters of water per hour! This is over 42 gallons per minute, a tremendous source of fresh water. We still need the finances to purchase the submersible pump, piping and the five 10,000 liter tanks (phase 1) that we will need to store the fresh, life giving water. We encourage you to consider making an investment towards this project. The total cost is approximately $18,000.
